Jai and Christiana are both juniors and also in the AEID. Jai hopes to study business when she attends college and Christiana plans to study Oncology.

Mona Dozier, business and information technology teacher and lead FBLA adviser for KHS said, “The 2021-22 theme for FBLA is ‘Success starts Here’ and these young ladies knew that they wanted to take advantage of the co-curricular opportunities that would prepare them for the future. With the uncertainty of the virus and plans for the regional conference, I am so proud of these young ladies because they persevered through the process and were ready to compete. I know they will be successful in whatever endeavors they desire because of their positive work ethic and attitudes.”

FBLA is the high school division of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. FBLA helps high school students prepare for careers in business through academic competitions, leadership development, and educational programs.
