Eaton Fundamental Middle School student Savannah Abbott wins the Award of Excellence in the state PTA Reflections Contest
Congratulations to Savannah Abbott, an eighth grade student at Eaton Fundamental Middle School. She received the Award of Excellence (2nd place) in the state PTA Reflections Contest. She won in the category of photography special artist.
Prior to heading to the state competition, Savannah placed first in the city of Hampton, and first in the Peninsula district.
“We are very proud of Savannah for winning the Virginia PTA state Award of Excellence,” said Eaton principal Dr. Kenneth Crum. “She has been excited about sharing her photograph and winning at the city, district and state level. Eaton had five citywide winners, five that placed at the district and the lone HCS winner at the state competition.”
